With redistricting changing the shape of congressional districts in Texas (and elsewhere) this year, my friend is reevaluating a possible move to run for office. There are a couple of potentially favorable districts in and around Austin – but also a lot of other qualified people looking to run.
We had a discussion.
If it doesn’t happen this year, we’ll revisit again in 2023.
