We had both a critical and commercial success at our well-attended benefit reading last Saturday at the Amala Foundation, raising over $2500 for ScriptWorks to help them bridge a difficult economic time.
Big thanks to the newly-founded Latin@xé Artists ATX and playwright Rupert Reyes for their support, energy, and leadership.
The venue was great too, and we may be looking to do a future event there. Located just blocks from our very own…. Cinnamon Path Theater. What a neighborhood.
