Just over 3 months ago I posted this graphic showing how my heartrate had gone up after a month or so of being less active.
So now I’m basically back to normal in terms of regular activity (though with a slightly different focus) and the heartrate has finally hit the low it was pre-surgery.
Again, it fluctuates, but…. I would say a pretty significant change based on behavior over just a few months. Pretty interesting.
Considering this a wrap-up for now. Unless something else crazy happens (which of course it shouldn’t!).
